DESIGN ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEMS.

Systems for organizations.
Infrastructure for individuals.
Measurement for both

THE GAP

The Challenge Is Not Awareness.
It Is Implementation.

Organizations struggle to translate sustainability commitments into visible operational systems.

Individuals struggle to translate values into consistent daily behavior.

The intention exists. The infrastructure often does not.

DO. SYSTEMS

Visual accountability frameworks for ethical and circular business.

ACCOUNTABILITY FRAMEWORKS.

Not templates. Systems.

We translate complex sustainability commitments into structured visual infrastructure.

CIRCULAR TRANSPARENCY FRAMEWORK

Problem:
Circular economy commitments lack visible operational clarity.

Who it helps:
SMEs and ethical operators.

Outcome:
Structured communication that prevents greenwashing.

GREEN CLAIMS ACCOUNTABILITY FRAMEWORK™A structured evidence-based checklist helping organizations communicate sustainability claims with clarity, transparency, and regulatory resilience.

CIRCULAR ACCOUNTABILITY FRAMEWORK™A structured 4-stage model connecting circular economy commitments to measurable operational systems—reducing greenwashing risk and strengthening stakeholder trust through evidence-based infrastructure.

Do. Lab

INNER–OUTER
ACCOUNTABILITY INFRASTRUCTURE

A 30-day behavioral research pilot testing whether structured daily practice can align inner sustainability with outer sustainability.

RESEARCH QUESTION

Can strengthening inner capacity improve individual contribution to sustainable systems — without replacing structural reform?

We test alignment.
We measure both dimensions.
We document findings.

WHAT IT IS

Do. Lab is a structured 30‑day experiment integrating:

• Inner capacity development — emotional regulation, intentionality, compassion
• Outer sustainability actions — consumption awareness, relational accountability, systemic reflection
• Measurable assessment — before-and-after data collection

This is not a motivational program.
It is applied practice infrastructure.

WHY IT EXISTS

Most sustainability initiatives focus on systems.
Most personal development focuses on individuals.
Few integrate both.

DO. Lab measures both.

The gap is not knowledge.
It is structured practice.

HOW IT WORKS

Duration: 30 DaysDaily (5–10 minutes):
• Structured micro-practice
• Integrated inner + outer action
• Short self-rating
Weekly (60 minutes):
• Online accountability session
Measurement:
• Baseline assessment
• Daily tracking
• Post-program assessment

Results are anonymised and documented.

WHAT WE MEASURE

Inner Sustainability
• Emotional regulation
• Reduced reactivity
• Intention alignment
Outer Sustainability
• Reduced impulsive consumption
• Relational accountability
• Systemic awareness

We measure.
We publish.
We iterate.

WHO IT IS FOR

This is for individuals who:• Value structure over inspiration
• Care about sustainability beyond symbolism
• Are willing to practice consistently
• Appreciate research-based experimentation

No prior spiritual experience required.
Only discipline and openness.

COMMITMENT

• 5–10 minutes daily
• 1 weekly session
• Full 30-day participation

Consistency determines validity.

PILOT 1: NOW RECRUITING

Start Date: October 15, 2026
Duration: 30 days
Format: Online (messaging app + Zoom)
Language: English / Serbian
Participants: 12–15
Cost: Free (research pilot)

Application takes 5 minutes.

ETHICAL POSITIONING

Inner development does not replace structural reform.

Do. Lab explores whether strengthening inner capacity improves individual contribution within systems.

RESEARCH INFORMED.
SYSTEM DESIGNED.

Do. Lab operates at the intersection of:• Sustainability science
• Behavioural design
• Inner–outer systems research

WHAT THE EVIDENCE SHOWS

Customer Trust
Transparency increases credibility and loyalty.
(PwC, Edelman)

Sustainability Claims
Unsupported environmental claims reduce trust.
(EU Commission)

Circular Economy
Adoption requires systemic redesign.
(Ellen MacArthur Foundation)

EMERGING FIELD

Research suggests inner capacities such as emotional regulation and empathy may support pro-sustainability behavior.

However:• Most interventions focus only on individual wellness
• Outer accountability is rarely measured
• Integration remains underdeveloped

Do. Lab operationalizes this integration.

Who's Behind Do.

Systems thinker. Former commercial leader. Now designing accountability infrastructure.

After 13 years leading commercial operations and scaling performance across EMEA and the Middle East, I returned to Serbia during a period of reflection. For over a decade, I built systems—AI-enabled engagement platforms, onboarding ecosystems, performance dashboards connecting strategy to execution.I knew how to design infrastructure that changes behavior at scale. But I saw a pattern.

Organizations invest in sustainability policies.
Individuals consume endless wisdom.
Both struggle with consistent implementation.
The gap wasn’t knowledge.
It was infrastructure.
Do. was born from that realization.

It connects my MBA strategic management, AI-enabled transformation, and behavioral systems design to create accountability frameworks for organizations and structured practice systems for individuals. This work is research-informed, data-measured, and iteration-driven.Inner sustainability enables outer sustainability—when the infrastructure requires both.
